Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ttvip ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "ttvip"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ttvip.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the tvip platform — including placing bets, making deposits, or interacting with any game, feature, or service offered on or through tvip — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account where applicable.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register for and maintain an account on ttvip, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis during the life of your account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Minors are not permitted to use tvip under any circumstances.
2. You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or any other legal entity.
3. You do not already hold a ttvip account. Each individual is entitled to hold one account only. Duplicate, affiliated, or linked accounts are strictly prohibited.
4. You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for the benefit of, a third party.
5. You have not previously been excluded from ttvip or had an account permanently suspended for breach of these Terms.
6. Your participation in online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.
7. You are not currently subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion arrangement that would render your use of this Platform a violation of such arrangement.

Account Registration

When you register an account on ttvip, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide, at minimum, the following information during registration:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your Malaysian identification document)
• A valid email address that you own and have access to
• Your date of birth
• A unique username and secure password
• A Malaysian mobile phone number

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password and not share it with any third party
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices
• Notify tvip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

tvip will never contact you to ask for your password. Any employee, agent, or third party claiming to represent ttvip and requesting your password should be reported immediately.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

tvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to verify the age and identity of our players, tvip requires all users to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Full account functionality — including the ability to make withdrawals above certain thresholds — is contingent on successful completion of KYC.

5.1 Required Documents

You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (MyKad / NRIC), Malaysian driving licence, or valid international passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the previous three (3) months, showing your current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, taken in good lighting with all four corners of the document visible.

5.2 Verification Timeline

tvip will endeavour to complete identity verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation in a satisfactory format. We reserve the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is incomplete or unclear.

5.3 Refusal of Verification

In the event that we are unable to satisfactorily verify your identity, tvip reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend the account, or return deposits to the originating payment method at our discretion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Currency

All transactions on the tvip platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, it will be converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. tvip is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred by Users.

6.2 Approved Payment Methods

tvip currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Approved Payment Methods:

• FPX — Financial Process Exchange (5–15 minutes)

6.3 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method and is subject to change. Users may set their own deposit limits within their account settings as part of our responsible gambling tools.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to an account that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. tvip will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.5 Withdrawal Processing Times

tvip processes withdrawal requests seven days a week, including Malaysian public holidays. The majority of withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

6.6 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. tvip reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of RM30 per month to dormant accounts, provided that the account balance is sufficient. Users will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

Bonuses & Promotions

tvip may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, VIP tier benefits, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period, after which they will expire and be removed from the account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• tvip reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to any bonus amount already credited to an account being honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

tvip actively monitors accounts for patterns of behaviour that constitute bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements
• Coordinated or syndicated play across multiple accounts for the purpose of harvesting bonuses

Where bonus abuse is identified, ttvip reserves the right to cancel relevant bonus and any winings derived from it, and to suspend or permanently close the account(s) involved.

Betting Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on tvip are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections, stake amounts, and any applicable odds or multipliers before confirming a bet. ttvip will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances outlined in these Terms.

8.2 Void Bets

tvip reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where a technical error, system fault, or pricing error resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being offered
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body
• Where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or other misconduct affecting the outcome of an event
• Where a bet was placed in breach of these Terms

8.3 Maximum Payouts

tvip applies maximum payout limits to individual bets and cumulative winnings from parlay or accumulator bets. Applicable maximum payout limits will be displayed within the relevant game or sportsbook market.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional rules, including the right to suspend markets at any time during event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be automatically voided and stakes returned to the account balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ttvip platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities on the Platform
• Coluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer titles
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform
• Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using a payment method that does not belong to you
• Attempting to circumvent tvip's responsible gambling tools or self-exclusion arrangements
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or the manipulation of sporting events

Responsible Gambling

ttvip is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting the welfare of its players. We provide a range of tools to help users maintain control over their gambling activity.

10.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum tolerable loss amount over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely are available.

10.2 Obligations

By using tvip, you acknowledge and agree that gambling involves financial risk and that ttvip cannot guarantee winings. You agree that you will only gamble with funds you can afford to lose, and that you will make use of the responsible gambling tools provided where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ttvip platform — including but not limited to the tvip name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, data, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of ttvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform
• Use the tvip name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written permission

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ttvip and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winings
• Loss of data or account information
• Interruption of service due to technical faults, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond tvip's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tvip's liability for death or personal injury arising from its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The tvip Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform or the suitability of any game or service for a particular purpose.

Privacy & Data

Your use of the ttvip platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

In summary, tvip collects personal data that is necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations (including KYC and anti-money laundering requirements), and improve the quality of our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

tvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ttvip will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ttvip platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the terms of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15.1 Dispute Resolution Process

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the User may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or independent dispute resolution body as specified in tvip's licensing terms.

15.2 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English-language version of these Terms and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.
